Mitch King - Company Manager
Mitch is the main point of contact for all of your enquiries, he'll respond to your quote and set up your account. If there's something a little special you need, he's the guy that will make it happen. Mitch has worked in most areas of hospitality and since day one has had a passion for all things tasty. Since Mitch started working with Gobble he has changed our menu, developed established relationships with our clients and guided Gobble to be the market leader it is today.

Brian - Deliveries Manager
Brian is our hard working and dedicated Deliveries Manager. He coordinates a delivery team that often needs to be in ten places all at the same time. He works in conjunction with the kitchen to plan the deliveries for the day and is the go to man for sourcing specialty products from around the city.

Kim - Head Chef
Kim has been with Gobble for 4 years and manages a small team that will often feed over 300 people across Auckland in a day. One of the most reliable,driven and hardworking people we've ever met, she keeps a very busy kitchen in tip top shape.

Charlotte - Gluten free Chef and Baker
Charlotte has recently moved to Auckland from Dunedin where she studied as a lawyer, then as a chef, receiving the highest honors in her class. Charlotte works with Kim in the catering kitchen and manages the daily baking for the gluten free grocer.

Hannah - Shop Manager
